SHIPPING POLICY
At Lovely Lemon Co, we are committed to providing a smooth shopping experience and creating high-quality products with care. Because our products are made in-house, processing times may vary depending on demand, production schedules, inventory availability, and carrier conditions.
ORDERS & PROCESSING TIMES
Our products are made to order. Please allow approximately three (3) to four (4) weeks for order processing before shipment.
Processing times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Processing times may increase during sales, holidays, product launches, periods of high demand, inventory shortages, or other operational delays.
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept the processing timeframe disclosed at the time of purchase.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Customers may request cancellation within twenty-four (24) hours of purchase.
After the 24-hour cancellation window has expired, orders enter our production and fulfillment queue. Inventory, materials, labor, and production capacity are allocated to the order. For this reason, orders cannot be canceled after the 24-hour cancellation window.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Lovely Lemon Co is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to sender, refused, or deemed undeliverable due to customer-provided address error, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping fees, return shipping fees, or additional costs.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
Lovely Lemon Co is not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.
If tracking shows that a package has been delivered, Lovely Lemon Co is not responsible for replacing or refunding the order.
If your package appears lost or missing, please:
• Check around your property, mailbox, porch, and delivery area.
• Ask household members or neighbors if the package was received nearby.
• Contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
DAMAGED PACKAGES OR PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@lovelylemonco.com within seven (7) days of delivery.
Customers must provide photos of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label for verification.
Upon verification, Lovely Lemon Co may, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not currently offer international shipping.
RETURNS
Due to the personal nature of skincare and body care products, we do not accept returns. For health and safety reasons, products cannot be returned once delivered, opened, or used.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription customers may manage, pause, skip, or cancel future subscription shipments through their customer portal.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming subscription order, all subscription changes, pauses, skips, or cancellations must be completed at least seven (7) days before the next scheduled billing date.
Once a subscription renewal has been processed, generated, or submitted for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable.
